Products are offered subject to availability. Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when payment is authorised and we issue an order confirmation. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and provide an appropriate substitute option or refund.
Descriptions, available weights, pack sizes, options and prices are shown on the product page. Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. The total payable, including any Navan delivery charge, is displayed before the order is submitted. Secure card payments may be made using Visa, Mastercard or American Express where shown at checkout. Payment authorisation is handled by the payment provider, and we do not store full card numbers or security codes.
Customers must choose the Navan Shop or Kildare Shop before ordering. That choice determines which shop prepares the order, the available fulfilment methods and the team receiving the order notification. The Kildare Shop is collection only. The Navan Shop also offers Sunday delivery on its eligible local route.
Available collection slots and Navan Sunday delivery dates must be booked at least 24 hours ahead. Collection customers should attend the shop named on the order confirmation during the selected window. Navan delivery customers must provide an accurate Irish address and be available during the displayed delivery window. If a Navan address cannot be serviced, we will offer collection instead or provide a full refund before fulfilment.
Contact the selected shop as soon as possible if an order needs to change or be cancelled. A statutory cancellation period may apply to eligible non-exempt goods bought online. Fresh or rapidly perishable goods, personalised or made-to-order goods, and applicable sealed hygiene goods may be exempt. These exceptions do not affect rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Our clearly labelled Refund Policy explains cancellations, incorrect or damaged orders and how approved refunds are returned. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits statutory consumer rights.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, shared and protected when an account is created, an order is placed or a shop is contacted.
We may update these Terms & Conditions when the website, services or legal requirements change. The version applying to an order is the version published when that order is placed. These terms are governed by Irish law, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights.
