Products, prices and payment
Product descriptions, available options and the total payable are shown before an order is placed. Prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payment is handled by the payment provider selected at checkout. An order depends on successful payment authorisation; neither Scott Murtagh trading as Murtagh Meats nor the website can guarantee that a processor will approve a payment. Scott Murtagh trading as Murtagh Meats does not store full card data.
Collection and Navan delivery
Both shops offer collection, with an available date and time chosen at checkout at least 24 hours in advance. Kildare orders are collection only. Navan also offers Sunday delivery from 09:00 to 14:30 on its local refrigerated route, booked at least 24 hours ahead. Navan delivery costs €10 when the product subtotal after discounts is below €150 and is free when that subtotal is €150 or more.
No nationwide delivery area is promised. If you are unsure whether an address is on the Navan local route, contact the Navan shop before ordering. If an address cannot be serviced, Scott Murtagh trading as Murtagh Meats will offer collection instead or provide a full refund before fulfilment.
Changes and cancellations
Eligible non-exempt goods bought online generally have a 14-day cancellation period. Written notice can be sent to the email above or through the Contact page. Fresh or rapidly perishable goods, personalised or made-to-order goods, and applicable sealed hygiene goods may be exempt. Contact the selected shop as soon as possible if an order needs to change or be cancelled. This does not limit rights where goods are faulty or not as described, or any other statutory right.
Faulty, incorrect or missing goods
Contact the selected shop promptly with the order number and details. Where goods are faulty, incorrect or missing, Scott Murtagh trading as Murtagh Meats will provide an appropriate remedy, replacement or refund in line with applicable law. Statutory rights are unaffected.
Refund Policy
Approved payment refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider, so a particular approval or settlement time cannot be guaranteed. Read our Refund Policy for the complete process.

Contact, address, shop and fulfilment details are used to manage the order. Payment providers handle payment information, and Scott Murtagh trading as Murtagh Meats does not store full card data. Read the Privacy Policy for more information.
